Our streamlined process ensures that finding your perfect fit or style is as effortless as wearing our collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Elegatto branded packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include all certificates of authenticity.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 3-5 business days.
